They lie north Azerbaijan, on the western coast of the Caspian Sea.

They are Muslim territories currently occupied by Russia; we ask Allaah the Almighty for their perfect liberation.

The Tatars, as usual, ruined everything in those territories and killed most of people they found on their way. The Muslim city of Shamakhi (Samaxi) in Dagestan was the one which suffered most from the Tatarian onslaught.
