My dear Sir, and the Sir of my whole generation,

Assalamu alikom wa rahmatu Allah wa brakatuh

 I follow along with our noble Muslim Ummah and the whole world the news of your blessed efforts for making Islam victorious and defending its sacred lands and places. Good for you the prayers of the pious people of our Muslim Ummah who agree on loving and supporting you. I ask Allah, the Almighty, to keep you on this path, to increase the light of your good insight, always guide you to the good, and make you always end matters in the best way.

My dear Sir, I thought that it is due on me, while witnessing your wonderful methodology, to participate – as much as I can – in supporting your position through giving some wills that might carry some good to you and the Muslim Ummah as well. These wills might be a means through which I get my salvation on Judgment Day: the Day whereon neither wealth nor sons will avail, but only he (will prosper) that brings to Allah a sound heart. I ask Allah, the Almighty, that these wills may meet His Consent and that they find their way to your heart and mind.

First Will

Allah, the Almighty, entrusted you a serious position. You are one of the Muslim leaders. You are – directly – in charge of leading a great country that many people dwell in. how happy will you be on the Day of Judgment, if your work is sincerely for the sake of Allah! The first one of the seven types of people who will be under the shade of Allah's Throne is a "just leader". I believe that you are this just leader. So, do not move a step forward except that you intend it wholly for the sake of Allah. You should be aware that one's intention may change, so you should always renew your intention. Do not be deceived by the greatness of your deeds, because Allah does not reward the martyr, the scholar, and the chartable man if they did their deeds with the intention of seeking people's praise. Allah does not accept deeds except those that are purely done for His sake. Do not be deceived by this world, because it will perish. Do not allow money or power to distract you from the obedience of Allah. You should know that one day, Allah the Almighty the Powerful will ask you about everything, no matter how tinny it is. Prepare an answer for every question. You should realize that people will be asked about themselves, their wives, and their children, but you will be asked about a whole people. Moreover, you might be asked about the whole Muslim Ummah. The hearts of the individuals of this Muslim Ummah loves you and have hope in you. Be aware of forgetting about this Day! Work hard so that you may be in the best shape and purest state in the presence of Allah.

Brother Erdoghan, note that all that you have achieved is a mere favor from Allah the Almighty. All the decisions and deeds that you succeeded in making are none but guidance from Allah the All-Knowing, so do not allow vanity sneak into you soul. Do not say: I have only been given it because of knowledge I have. Always, show humbleness to Allah and refer all your good deeds to His guidance. For He is the Bestower of Honors, the Giver, the One rules over the Universe. Do your best in applying the law of your Lord, because salvation in this world and in the hereafter can only by achieved through this. Do not seek people's support and consent by disobeying your Lord. Know that your high position and status is linked to your following of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His noble Prophet (peace be upon him). Do not ever abandon them and always remember that glory is to Allah, His messenger, and the believers.

Second Will

 Your people are your supporters – after the support of Allah – in achieving your blessed efforts. The weakness of the Arab rulers is a result of their ignorance of the feelings and interests of their peoples. Do not, then, ignore the needs and interests of your people. Do not go against the will of the people who chose you to lead them, unless they ask you to do something that is unlawful in Islam. In case they asked you to do what is unlawful, then do not obey them, even if the price was to loose your reign. No obedience to any creature in disobedience to the Creator. Do not leave any barriers between you and your people. Be in touch with the poor, the widows, and the orphans. Do not permit any injustice to occur within the area of your reign. Be afraid, from the curse of the oppressed as there is no screen between his invocation and Allah. Do not appoint anyone in certain position unless he was competent. Watch your governors and do not allow them to practice any corruption or mischief, because you will be asked about all this. Do not befriend the hypocrites, because they do nothing but weakening you, even if they praise and glorify you. Be keen on the excellence of your country in all aspects of life. For, Islam is a comprehensive religion that organizes all matters of life. We do not like to hear about any form of weakness in any of the sections of your country. Let your army be strong, your economy be giant, your universities be unique, your hospitals be advanced, your streets be clean, your media be positively directed, your schools be moral, etc.

Do not give more care to one case and ignore or decrease your care concerning another. Be balanced in all your matters. Do not leave the case of the Kurds without clear successful solutions. You know that they, by all means, are Turkish Muslims who have rights and duties. If they felt that you are close to them – and if you sincerely give them in a generous manner – they will raise you high because they are the grandsons of Salaah Ad-Din the Ayyubid. Do not make the Secularists of you country your enemies. They are in need to your advice and prayers. Allah favored you with something that they did not get yet. If the truth is to be made clear to them, they may follow it. This way, they may support you in raising the banner of Islam all around the world, instead of being a barrier in your way. Do not think that your words to them are in vain, rather you should be sincere in calling them and Allah will open their hearts to accept your words.

Third Will

 Due to the western and American hegemony and their economic and military excellence, many countries are racing to follow them and rely on them. Do not be one of them! You should be unique and have your own distinguished independence. This does not mean that you cut your ties with such countries. Rather it means that such ties are to be of this type that occurs between two equal countries. For, you are not little. You are strong by the aid of Allah. You are more powerful and honorable than them, God-Willing. There is no harm to be a member of the European Union with the aim of achieving economic and political gains, but you should be aware of the price that you have to pay in return. If such price was your religion, freedom, or independence of your country, then must not pay such price. Allah, the almighty, says: {and if you feared poverty, so Allah will enrich you from His favor.} [Surah At-Tawbah: 28]

Keep in mind that America, the European Union, and others only seek their own interests. When their interests were to befall the Othman Caliphate, they actively sought achieving this aim. England, France, America, and Russia allied together to demolish this huge entity and did their best to eradicate it. However, Allah, the Almighty, chose you and your fellow honorable brothers to proudly declare that Islam never dies. If some Turkish people were to forget this, the West will never forget. This is evident in the saying and actions of the West. So, keep your eyes open. Watch out the plots that are being made against you. Do not put all eggs in the basket of America and the European Union. Rather, you should widen your political ties, deepen your roots, and look for useful international alternatives. The most important matter is that you should count on your internal power in turkey as well as on the power of your Muslim brothers all over the Muslim world.

Allow me to whisper in your ear saying: My experience about the history of nations tells me that America's hegemony is in decline. I assure you that America is getting weaker and that the time is changing. The near future will come with a change in the order of international powers. Out of all people, you should have a place in the map of powers. Because you are not just a Muslim, but you are also a descendant of the people who ruled one half of the world. Allah, the Almighty, will give you back this rule, if He wills. And Allah has full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.

Fourth Will

 A Muslim leader should always be concerned with the issues of the Muslim Ummah, even if such Muslim Ummah was not under his direct reign. Such leader does not feel comfortable upon seeing any violations directed to the rights of Muslims, no matter where they live. Do not let any Muslim case except that you have your own role in tackling it. The foremost case is the Palestinian Case. It is a crucial one. Whoever strives for its sake, Allah will grant him dignity, and whoever ignores or betrays it, Allah will disgrace him. Palestine is the honor of Muslims. We – the Muslims – may live without food or drink, but we never live without honor. Do not rest, until you witness the freedom of this blessed land! You should work hard to put things in their due order. Review well the story of your grandfather, Sultan Abdul-Hamid (may are be merciful to him) the great Sultan who sacrificed his reign in order not to participate in the crime of selling Palestine. Follow on his steps, no matter what were the sequences. Urge your people to strive in the sake of Allah and prepare them to accept the sequences of resisting the Zionist Project. With all my realization of the history of the Turkish-Zionist ties, and my understanding of your rational steps, as well as my understanding that there exist big powers of Turkish opposition who oppose your way, I am telling you that the Muslim Ummah will not permit you to go with out any participation in this fatal case. Do not let down the Muslim peoples. Do not accept any Zionist or Jewish arrogance. Know that Palestine is one of the biggest gates that may lead you to paradise. It is, also, one of the biggest gates that lead you to the love of the Muslim hears.

While involved in the Palestine Case, do not forget that there are other cases that are in need to your efforts and thinking such as that of Iraq, Afghanistan, Kashmir, and East Turkistan. It is your destiny that you live in a time where Muslims' pains are much in number, but you should remember that you will get your reward according to the efforts you exert and that you will receive Allah's blessings will be according to your sincerity.

Fifth Will

Keep your interest in following up the Arab affairs. Specify one of your sincere fellows to do this task for you. Your have an outstanding great status in the hearts of the Arabs. I know that there is an old heritage of hatred between Arabs and Turkish people that was a result of different circumstances. Time is ripe to get rid of this unpleasant heritage. Let us differentiate in our look between the Arab peoples and their rulers. The Arab peoples are very passionate. They love Islam by nature, their love is also directed to whoever raises the banner of Islam high, they love bravery and brave orators, and they follow the righteous leaders. When they find these noble attributes in a leader, they raise him even if he was not an Arab. We followed Nur-u-din, Salaah Ad-Din, Qutuz, and Baibars. All of them were not Arabs. Verily Allah does not look at appearances but He looks at hearts and deeds. We will follow you as long as you follow Allah's orders. We all love you as long as you love the Book of Allah (the Quran) and the Sunnah of Allah's Prophet, peace be upon him.

As for the Arab rulers, most of them are seeking their own personal interests. They might hate you, because as far as you achieve glory they loose and feel sad. This is simply because their oppressed peoples put them in comparison to you and consequently they discover that there is a great difference. Do not be disappointed by a comment issued by one of those rulers. Do not be deceived by any possible good statement of one of them. Such statement is merely like a summer dream. {As for the foam, it vanishes, [being] cast off; but as for that which benefits the people, it remains on the earth.} [Ar-Ra`d: 17] Do not then ignore the Arab Nation, because it is your strategic depth and your alley in your next situations. Be keen on preserving effective situations in the fields of policy, economy, science, and media. Give a special care to the country of Sudan, because its people are in a dire need to you. The leaders of Sudan are in agreement with your course and methodology. The agreement between your country and Sudan will be fruitful for both countries and will be a protection for the Muslims and – at the same time – a defeat for the Zionists. Give due care to the Arabic language and work on spreading it in your country and the whole world. For, it is not just a mere language; rather it is the language of the Quran. Whoever understands it, then he understands a lot and Allah will make it easy for him/her to get more knowledge and understanding.

Sixth Will

Many might view that there is no need for this will or – at least – view that it is to be postponed. However, who can grantee for me to live longer to tell it later. This will is related to Iranian affairs.

 In the beginning, my honorable Sir, I confess that you are more competent and knowledgeable than me in the matters of policy and in realizing the regional and international powers. However, I desired to give you my experience in history and Islamic sciences. So, I honestly tell you: the one makes this religion victorious is only the one, who encompasses all its aspects, and the one who wants to glorify the Muslim Ummah is the one whose doctrine is true and intentions are true and sincere. Those who altered the true religion of Allah or cursed the early Muslims (the companions of the Prophet) are not expected to defend the Muslim doctrine or the Muslim heritage.

My dear brother, history witnesses to the fact that the one who betrays a nation can not give a hand of help to such nation. In this regard, you can review the history of your great grandfathers, the Othmans and see how they dealt with the Shiites state of Iran, and also review the reaction of your great grandfather when the Shiite forces destroyed Baghdad and spilled the blood of thousands of the Sunni people of Iraq. Needles to say, the same thing happens now in Iraq, but the Sunni victims this time are millions not just thousands.

My dear Teacher, I am not pushing you to a clash or war. I pray to Allah to save your country and all Muslim countries from any dangers. However, I want you to adopt the methodology of Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, which is represented in Umar's saying: "I do not practice cunning or evil plotting and at the same time I do not allow any cunning man to deceive me." So we – Muslims - do not plot or break any of our covenants, but –at the same time- we do not permit anyone to deceive us or mock at our thinking.

I would like also to advice you to look after the whole region, not just Turkey. You should be aware that any tie you give up in the region will be added to the share of Iran in the coming phase. The Arab world is so week to stand against the Shiite expansion. There is no one expected to stand against such Shiite expansion but you. So, be careful, be careful! O Muslim leader, you are the hope of the Sunni people all around the world. However, when you show as a man of strong friendship with the Shiite people, this may stir the doubts of the Sunni people and at that your loss will be more than your gains, a matter that we do not want to happen.

Seventh Will

 Dear experienced leader, be keen on passing all your abilities and experience to the one who will come after you. I do not mean that you give the rule to your offspring as the weak Arabs used to do; rather I mean that you should be interested in bringing up the one who will carry the responsibility after you. This way the Muslim Ummah will not be afflicted by your death, in case if there is someone who will continue what you do. What if you died suddenly? What if your period of reign ended? I know that everything is destined by Allah and that matters run by the order of Allah. I also know that many great Muslim leaders died and Islam continued to survive, thanks to Allah. However, I am a man who read history thoroughly and learned that the courses set by Allah can never be altered or changed. I knew that the Muslim Ummah was firm and steadfast after the death of Imad Ad-Din Zanki, the giant leader, because he brought up another giant leader: Nur Ad-Din Mahmoud. I knew that the Muslim Ummah was also firm after the death of the distinguished leader Nur Ad-Din Mahmoud because he brought up the victorious leader Salaah Ad-Din the Ayyubid. Unfortunately, I knew that the Ummah was devastated and demolished after the death of Salaah Ad-Din the Ayyubid, who he was wholly absorbed in achieving great matters such as uniting the Ummah and fighting the crusaders. However, he did not give due attention to pass his experience, wisdom, belief, management, and leadership to his successor. O, Erdoghan, we do not want our Ummah to suffer this again after you go.

I know that you are keen on Shuraa meetings with your faithful fellows, especially the competent President Abdullah Gül and the well-experienced Foreign Minister Ahmad Davutoğlu. However, this is not enough. You should work on bringing up a whole generation of young people in order to adopt your methodology, vision, and strategy. Let it be among this generation some eligible figures that are ready to run the whole country or some of its sections. Make sure of the firmness of their doctrine, religion, and potentials. For, we do not want loyalty with out power or power without loyalty. You should know that: {Indeed, the best one you can hire is the strong and the trustworthy.} [al-Qasas: 26]

Eighth Will

My dear Teacher Erdoghan, you should have higher ambition. We do not just ask you to ensure the strength of the state of Turkey, but we ask you to undertake matters that are greater than this. For example, why do not you have a role in settling the dispute among the Muslims all over the world, even in the areas that you do not aspire to have any political presence or ties therein? You will do this for the sake of Allah. The one who makes reconciliation between two fighting parties shall have a great reward. Then how great is the reward of the one who make reconciliation between two peoples! Both you and Turkey have an undeniable strong political weight. Such weight is a blessing from Allah that should be met with thanking. It can be thanked by directing it to its true destiny. Be concerned with establishing peace among different Islamic peoples. Let you have a role in bringing Algeria and Morocco into reconciliation. Let you have a role in the case of the Moroccan desert. Let you have a role in uniting the Palestinian fictions. Let you have a role in defusing the conflict of Libya and Chad. Let you have a role in solving the problem of Houthis in Yemen as well as in uniting the people of Sudan.

Let your hopes and ambition go higher and higher. What prevents that the Islamic Caliphate comes back to existence in your time or shortly after your time? It will inevitably come back as our great Prophet (peace be upon him) promised us. However, you should have your own role in bringing it back and it is not necessarily that you be the caliph. For, you are a man who does things only for the sake of Allah. Let the caliph – at the time when the caliphate comes back – be the best man fits for this position. But there should be a start, preparatory steps, and a clear methodology. I believe that you are the most suitable man in the Ummah for handling this matter and organizing it. I know that the world would not leave you in peace and that your non-Muslim enemies – and your Muslim enemies too – will increase in number. However, this is natural because the true calls and missions are fought by the majority of people, but we know that victory comes with patience and that the good end will be for the God-fearing people.

Let your hopes and ambition go higher and higher. Start spreading the message of Islam all around the world. I do not suggest that you carry this on through fighting or war, rather you shall do this through calling people in the way that is most benevolent. Do as Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the master of all humans, did when he (PBUH) sent messages to the kings of the world calling them to accept Islam. At that time, Medina was tens of folds weaker than the present Turkey in terms of arming and war equipments. However, the strength of belief moved such little country to guide humanity to accept Islam. Now, you are in a noble status and your word is obeyed. Allah made your name repeated in East and West. You will be asked on the Day of Judgment, so do not belittle the issue of ordering the good and forbidding the evil. Do not panic from the great number of your enemies. Do not be disappointed from the passive reactions or poor declarations of those people who do not know Allah. Your grandfathers spread Islam till it reached the walls of Venice, Bosnia, and Kosovo. You, too, should work on spreading Islam in other areas of the world.

I advise you to start spreading Islam in South America. This is because it is a raw land. Its history with the Western colonial country makes it ready to stand with you, not against you. In general, its people love Muslims and they bear no hostility against them. Moreover, they have noble stands in supporting the cases of the oppressed peoples in the world. For example, they have some situations in which they stood against the Zionist entity. They apply real consultation along their countries. Till now, the call of Islam did not reach them in the due way, because of the farness of their countries, the less Muslim funding directed to the spread of Islam, and the difficulty of their language. God-willing, you have the potential to overcome all these obstacles. Send Muslim propagators to them; a group after another. Build Islamic Centers there. Send personal messages to their leaders and nobles calling them to Islam. Start with Venezuela's president Hugo Chávez, because he has a lot of good within his soul. I expect that he will accept Islam upon leaning what it is. He already practices a lot of the Islamic obligations and orders, but he does not do this with the intention of pleasing Allah. Let you be a helper to him to convert to Islam. Who knows? May be if he converts to Islam, all his people will convert to Islam too. Moreover, this may led to the spread in Islam in South America as whole. All this will be in the side of your good deeds. And that is not at all hard for Allah. History tells us that both North Africa and South Asia converted to Islam in few years. After that Islam spread everywhere including North Europe at the time of your hero Othman grandfathers.

Spreading Islam everywhere was the most important and noble mission of Prophet Muhammad, his companions, and after them the noble strivers of the Muslim Ummah. I believe that you are one of those strivers, and Allah knows best.

Ninth Will

 O Muslim leader, know that you can not achieve any of the previous mentioned matters except by the aid of Allah, the Almighty. The whole universe is His, and the rule is His. His destiny can not be defied, and no one can seek shelter or be safe from Him except by Him. Always repeat your invocations to Him, and keep asking for His mercy and guidance. Let you have the last third of night specified for your prayer to Allah. For, this is the best for you in this world and the world to come. Do not say: I have no time for night prayer as I am busy with the responsibilities and affairs of the country. Praying at night is the habit of the righteous people, strivers, and true Muslims. It is a means for attaining happiness, salvation in Judgment Day, and good opportunity for reciting the Book of Allah (the Quran) away from the noise of the life and the temptation of power. May Allah give you the understanding that He gives to close worshippers so that you understand what other leaders and analyzers fail to understand. You will be one of the people of Allah, because the people of the Quran are the people of Allah. Erdoghan, my Sir, if only you experience the joy of night prayer, you will not be able to abandon it and you will realize that it is better than all the pleasures of this world. Let your tongue always repeat the remembrance of Allah, and this will save you from any harm. Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, used to do this and this was also the habit of the righteous people despite being very busy and this is the secret of their success.

Tenth Will

My respected Teacher, one is little by himself and many by his brothers. Choose for yourself good company. Let the scholars be the closest ones to you, especially the sincere righteous ones who do not seek money or power and who work only for the interest of the Muslim Ummah. Those scholars will guide you to what is good for you in the hereafter before guiding you for what is good for you in this world. To accompany people who make you feel afraid till you are finally safe is better than accompanying people who make you feel safe until you be in danger. Thanks to Allah, righteous people are many. Do not just consider the scholars of Turkey, but also consider the Muslim scholars all over the Muslim Ummah. Be in touch with them, ask them to advise you, listen to them, accept from them, and ask them to mention you in their prayer to Allah. For, they have answered prayers at night. One of them might be granted the honor to intercede with Allah for an entire nation. No wonder, they are the inheritors of the Prophets, the leaders of the Ummah, and guidance for humanity. Do not miss, then, their company, because it is dearer than the whole money of this world.

These are my ten wills to you. They are full ten wills.

In conclusion, I would like to express being proud of you, and your noble efforts. I wish I can meet you in order to kiss your head and shake your hand and say to you: May Allah reward you the good for what you have done for the Muslims and for Islam.
