Short Description

Throughout the previous articles, I have explored only one aspect of the Islamic Shari`ah and the Prophet Muhammad's biography. Though great efforts were exerted to explore all aspects of magnificence of Shari`ah and the prophetic application to it, I can hardly say I could not. This in concerning the aspect of non-Muslims, how will it be if I tried to explore all magnificence aspects in Shari`ah or in the life of the prophet Muhammad.
Indeed, it is overload.
After issuing these articles on the biography of the noble Prophet Muhammad, I direct many appeals;
The first appeal; to Muslims:
O Muslims! How great is that religion, namely islam, that you are abided to. How great is that Shari`ah by which you are devoted to Allah!
Certainly, Islam is a coherent and precise Shari`ah revealed by Allah who knows both secret and that which is yet more hidden. He is Allah, Almighty, who made it accurate as He (SWT) is the Creator, the Subtle and the Acquainted.
O Muslims! You bear the last message of Allah, Almighty, to mankind which is great, comprehensive and perfect that seeks the welfare in both this and after life.
Indeed, Allah granted us, Muslims, with Islam. This entails to be grateful to this blessing to give you more. To be grateful to Islam is to observe its rules entirely in the first place and then through conveying Islam to people of the world every where and every time.
Certainly, responsibility of Muslims is grave as you are charged with the mission of Prophets that is no prophet will succeed Prophet Muhammad and no religion will come after Islam.
O Muslims! The proper and not distorted Islam has been conveyed to you through sincere Muslim men and women whether at time of the Prophet or generations followed them. Thus, let not Islam be afflicted on your part, Muslims.
O great Muslims!
Be proud of your religion, namely Islam and your Prophet Muhammad, the best of mankind.
Be not saddened for those hastening to disbelief as they will not affect Allah in any way.
Be not terrified for falsifications contrived against the Prophet Muhammad as whatever critical it was, it is deterred by the Quranic verse: (But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners), Al-Anfal, 30.
Islam and its Shari`ah are lasting as long as life and humans are present and Allah, Almighty, is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know.
The second appeal; to non-Muslims living in the Muslim communities;
This is our religion
Is there reason to fear the application of its provisions?!!
The provisions of Shari`ah and the actual application to it give witness to the fact that non-Muslims over the world never experienced any great, just or righteous law like that of Islam.
Christians and Jews of the world never experienced justice than that under the Islamic rule.
Throughout the Islamic history, there is no indication to a case of wronging or oppression to non-Muslims in the Muslim societies.
Up till this moment, we still transmit rules of righteousness, conducting justice and respect to non-Muslims regardless of their tenet.
If one of you censures injustice from a ruler or judge over a real incident or through a historical stage, it would be certainly an exception and wronging for all parties including Muslims as well. To illustrate, the unjust differentiates not between Muslims and non-Muslims the way the just differentiates not between Muslims and non-Muslims.
The most significant point in justice in Islam is that it is absolute for humans and non-humans. To exemplify, Islam does not permit afflicting injustice even on a cat or camel, tree or palm tree. Thereupon, how it permits humans?!
There is no guarantee for non-Muslims that Muslims would conduct justice to them than the fact that Muslims are devoted to Allah, Almighty, by observing justice and kindness to non-Muslims.
It is well-known for Muslims that if they wrong non-Muslims, then they would be sinful of committing a great sin which will hold them responsible before Allah. (the Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
