Dr. Ragheb El-Sergani, General-Supervisor of Islam Story Web Site, stressed that the common good for humanity is conditional on empowering Islam to the whole earth and that humans generally will no be in good condition unless Muslims are dedicated to Allah, the Almighty, in every aspect. Dr. Raghgeb declared it that change is not achieved by the large numbers of people, namely nationls wholly will ot accept being ruled by Islam, unless they experience its merits and advantages. He drew such conclusion through referring to the Quranic verses which read: "And if you obey most of those upon the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah", Al-Ana`m. 116, and "And most of the people, although you strive [for it], are not believers", Yusuf, 103.

To illustrate, the polytheists outside Medina rally tribes against the prophet, the hypocrites disheaten Muslims from inside Medina and the three tribes of jews were settled in Medina along with the intrigues of the polytheists inside Medina. Definetely, Medina was not a Muslim society wholly and there was continual cooperation from the two parties of hypocrites and polytheists. over and above, there were two major powers in the world at the time, Persians and Romans. Despite all of these hostile powers, the prophet (PBUH) ruled Muslims by the teachings of Islam in Medina. Till the last breath of the prophet's life, the plytheists spared no effort deterring Islam and they will last till the day of Judgment.

Though the intrigues of hypocrites and jews, attempts of assasinations and media war were directed to the prophet "PBUH", he never reverted his way of calling to Allah and never had been disheartened by such attempts and wars.

Dr. Raghgeb declared that every year for the prophet in Medina witnessed a battle or deterring an oppression from the polytheists, ; however, the prophet confronted that with confidence in Allah along with the faith of  his rigtheous companions (May Allah be pleased with them).

Dr. Ragheb stated that Muslims will wait for long time, perhaps to the Hour of Resurrection, to set their Islamic states so long as they delay it to a time where the West or the East is inadvertent to them.

This is because Allah has certain laws on the earth that never alter, namely the continuous conflict between the parties of wrong and right. No moment passes unless people of the wrong conspire against those of right. Allah, the Almighty pointed out this law, as a way of perpetuation, in His Quranic verse: "And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion", Al-Baqara, 120.

Dr. Ragheb declred that the conflict running between Muslims and the West is conducted by the West not Muslims, since there a group of people contrive evil always foe Muslims from the time of Adam "PBUH" and till the day of judgment, namely the proponents and party of Satan, on whose part, Allah, the Almighty, says: " He said,"My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected. [ Allah ] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved", Al-Hijr, 36-37.      

Accordingly, Muslims are in a constant conflict with Satan and his proponents till the day of resurrection. Why then Muslims wait for a permission from the West to apply the teachings of Islam which is impossible!?

Dr. Ragheb pointed out that the Islamic state we desire is the one dedicated to Allah only, not to the instructions of the West or the East.
